With the Select RGB Color command users can invoke the system color palette. This color palette is different based on the OS as 4D is using the operating system's built in color palette. Using the second, optional text parameter, developers can set the window title of the palette. Due to limitations of the Carbon API this parameter is only respected on Windows operating systems.
