In the Preferences, you can change the port number that 4D Server publishes on. This specific setting is under the Client-Server->Configuration page. This setting is applied at startup, so if you have started the database using 4D Server and then changed this port number, you will need to restart the database in order for 4D Server to publish on the new port.
