This Technical Note highlights the new printing functionality in 4D v12. There are two new commands in 4D v12 which allow for much greater control over the printing process from 4D Code: OPEN PRINTING FORM and Print object. Developers will now be able to control printing at the object level instead of being limited to printing the area of a form with the Print form command. This Technical Note will show how these new commands can be used to make printing easier and how objects can be used in different ways to spice up your print jobs. A sample database is included that displays a sample wizard for printing company newsletters and sales reports.
