Object Libraries in 4D v12 are saved with a new file extension ".4Dlibrary". In 4D v11 SQL the file extension of Object Libraries is ".4DIL". Objects created with 4D v11 SQL still can be used in 4D v12 but objects created in 4D v12 cannot be saved in 4D v11 SQL Object libraries.
