Recently we have revamped many of the 4D Worldwide Websites, including www.4d.com, store.4d.com, doc.4d.com, kb.4d.com, partnercentral.4d.com.

These websites are now using a universal login system, accessed at: https://account.4d.com



You may have noticed that this page requests an email address and password, whereas our previous systems requested a Customer ID (or Partner ID) and password (usually with the prefix "US" followed by 6 digits).

In fact the new system supports login based on both email address and the legacy ID system. Feel free to use your previous customer ID if that suits your needs.

Also note: the new system does not allow multiple accounts per email address. When logging in you may be prompted to address this situation if you have more than one account in our systems that is attached to the same email address. If you are unable to resolve this problem online please feel free to contact us.
