Since 4D v11 SQL binary field data (pictures and BLOBs) are stored in the cache.

In previous versions of 4D this data was stored outside the cache (but still in RAM).

This can be important when determining how big the cache should be and/or understanding why the cache usage might increase when moving from old versions.
