The option to "Always allow all commands and project methods in the Formula editor" has moved from the Compatibility Page in v11 to the Security Page in v12. The name of the option has changed in v12 to "Filtering of commands and project methods in the formula editor." Developers now have the ability to disable the filtering of commands and project methods in the formula editor for only the Designer and the Administrator as opposed to only having options to enable of disable the filtering for all users.
