Moving a 4D window becomes impossible when the window's title bar becomes hidden under the 4D Toolbar, as shown below:



To get the method to reposition so that the title bar is no longer under the 4D Toolbar, click in the windows grow box and resize the window, shown below:



The window will jump downward to reveal the Title bar below 4D Toolbar, shown below:
