It is very fast to use the Explorer to look over the list of methods in a database. while looking over the list of methods each method has an Icon associated with it as illustrated in the following screenshot:



Regular methods show up with the following icon:

Methods that are available via Web Services show up with the following icon:

Methods that are available via Web Services and published in the WSDL show up with the following icon:

If you do not have any methods with these special icons it would be reasonable to assume that you are not using the Web Services Server.
