In previous versions of 4D, the key combination CTRL/Command + click could be used to take text highlighted within the Source Code Pane and place it in the Watch Pane of the debugger.

As of 4D v13, this shortcut has been replaced with the CTRL+D (Win) / Command + D (Mac) key combination. So now, in order to place highlighted text into the Watch pane, simply highlight the text and then press the CTRL+D (Win) / Command + D (Mac) key combination.
