If you are unable to click on the title bar of a form window in order to move the window (see following image):



Then you can try moving the window by using the following sequence;

Hold Control + Shift, left click on the window and hold the mouse button and then hold right click mouse button also.

Now holding both mouse buttons and the control + shift keys, you should be able to move the window by moving the mouse around the screen (will not work if internal window is maximized).
