PRODUCT: 4D | VERSION: 13.0 | PLATFORM: Mac & Win
Published On: April 8, 2012

This new file has the name BuildApp.log.html and it contains the same information as the BuildApp.log.xml file that has existed in previous versions of 4D. The difference being that the HTML log file is formatted and can be opened with a browser. This new HTML log file is generated automatically along with the XML log file when the application builder is used.

If an error is encountered during the build process, then 4D will automatically open this HTML log file with the default browser.

Here is an example:

If no errors are generated when an application is built, then this HTML will not be displayed automatically.
