We can use .4DLink file to open the structure and data files. 4DLink file contains both paths to the structure and data files. Location of .4DLink file in v13 is different than where it is in v12. For version 13, here is the location where you can find the local and remote 4DLink file folders for your databases.

Windows:

C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\4D\Favorites v13\

Mac OS:

/Users/Username/Library/Application Support/4D/Favorites v13/

If you can't find your Library folder under the user, here is a way to have it shown. Open "Finder", go to the "Go" menu at top of the screen, then press down the "option" key. The Library folder will appear in the "Go" menu when the "option" key is pressing down.
