The user mode component is a component that allows a built application to emulate features as if it were in design mode. This is useful for some applications that want to allow certain users to have design access to their database.

Versions prior to v12 can take advantage of the "User Mode Component" written by Thomas Maul.

Versions 12 and up can take advantage of the "Virtual User Mode" written by Keisuke Miyako. Both these components can be used in built applications to emulate certain features that were only available in Design Mode.
