Plug-ins that are used prior to v14 may have some incompatibility issues with 4D Server. The following error can occur when a client connects to the server:

1. "The ordinal # could not be located in the dynamic link library ASINTPPC.dll"

Note: # - number that shows in the alert window.

1. Check the Plug-ins are compatible with v14.


2. Check if the Plug-ins are registered.


3. Check the Plug-ins are updated.


4. In the process of upgrading to v14, please remove all Plug-ins and proceed to check each one for compatibility.
