When performing a Rollback, the locations of the files are taken into account. The location is saved in the Backup.xml file located in the {Database Name}/Preferences/Backup/ folder. If the files are moved or relocated a rollback will not work unless:
- A new backup is created, updating the locations in the build.xml file
- The Backup.xml file is manually edited with a text editor.

If the manual route is taken, the items that should be updated are

/Backup/Database/DatabaseName/Item{#}/
/Backup/Database/LastBackupPath/Item{#}/
/Backup/Database/LastBackupLogPath/Item{#}/
/Backup/Settings/General/IncludesFiles/Item{#}/

After making the updates and saving it the features should become available in MSC.
