Error -19191 is an internal error that means "Old protocol version, please switch to the new protocol".

The "newer" v14R4 and v15 clients switch to using the new network layer instead of displaying the error.

However, the "older" v13, v14 and v14R3 clients do not know how to switch to the new protocol so they simply display the -19191 error.
