When the application you are developing gets big – like really big – sometimes you need a little help locating those old methods that have not been touched in a long time. Maybe remembering the full name of the method is becoming harder and harder, or maybe you cannot remember which folder you stored the method in.

This Technical Note strives to solve that problem with a custom 4D Method Explorer that provides on-the-fly filtering based on any part of the method name. Further help is available in the form of user-sorting based on modification date/time or method name. A method preview is also provided as well as the ability to execute methods from the custom method explorer window.
