There are not many native simple commands that work with audio files in 4D. This Technical Note will examine the top two most common open audio file formats, WAVs and MP3s. Looking into the structure of these files, methods to extract data and modify the files with native 4D commands can be implemented into a 4D Database providing new features that allow not only on a graphical impact but an audio impact for users too.
