This Technical Note gives the power to ANY 4D developer (not just large teams, even solo developers can reap the rewards) to easily document all source code in a database and all changes made to it. The component documented in this Technical Note (CodeTracker.4dbase) can automatically export all methods from a 4D database for the purpose of making all methods easy to review for changes and when they were made.

It would really be nice if the stuff published here would work. The methods that are to be used from the host DB should be published too. @ Rudy Mortier: The DB is created with 4D V15. it cannot be used with V13. Even if I see no reason for that.

I have installed this component as instructed in my 4D v13.4 database. On startup, I get this error: Can't load component "CodeTracker.4DB". Cannot open structure of database CodeTracker Wrong DB4D version number I use Mac OS 10.10
