4D offers the Mobile Return selection command to return current selection of a table to 4D Mobile in lightweight JSON format instead of returning a list of records. This command is extremely helpful. However, the returned selection limited with one selection and one table at a time. This tech note will demonstrate an implementation of returning custom JSON from 4D containing multiple selections and user data, and how to retrieve and apply selections received in 4D Mobile.
