4D v16 introduces a new feature in the method editor that highlights all occurences of the same text.



The option is set in the 4D preferences:



On cursor will highlight all occurences of the word the cursor is currently in.
Selected text will highlight all occurences of the word that is highlighted.

The highlight color can be set in the preferences under the colors tab:
