4D Mobile supports formatting data at attribute level. WAF (Wakanda Application Framework) automatically detects formats stored in data model and applies them on data displayed on client-side. In addition, 4D Mobile offers a formatting module to format data on server-side programmatically. This tech note will explain the formatting system in 4D Mobile, and will demonstrate various methods of formatting data for display in 4D Mobile application.
