More modern screen resolutions have a wider aspect ratio compared to those of the past. As such it is much more of efficient to implement a vertical bar instead of a horizontal bar. A vertical bar will use more horizontal space compared to a vertical bar that uses vertical space. There are different types of vertical bars and the one focused in this technical note is the panel bar. This technical note will provide an approach to implement a panel bar based on a menu.
