Single Sign On (SSO) is a feature that relies on the New Network Layer being enabled. For an application that encounters error #1515, it is likely that the application is still using legacy network layer. To resolve this issue, open the Database Settings and uncheck the "Use legacy network layer" checkbox under Compatibility page.
