Tech Tip: What to do when the titlebar of a 4D window is no longer accessible?

The window titlebar allows the user the drag the window around. In special circumstances, the titlebar may not be accessible due to the location of the window. Here is a simple key combination that will allow the window to be moved even when the titlebar is not accessible.
Hold downthe Ctrl+Alt key(on windows) or the Ctrl+Cmd key (on Mac), then click anywhere on the window to drag.

What happened to the Hold down the Ctrl (Cmd) key and click both mouse buttons anywhere in a window to drag it around?
