An HTML help document is recognized by 4D application when it has the same name as the database structure file and it is installed at these locations; 1) in the same folder as the structure file and 2) inside the Resources folder. Once the document is installed properly, it will become available in the application Help menu.

Please note that the Help document installed next to the structure is available only when 4D is running in Local mode. For Client and Server deployment, the document must be installed inside the Resources folder.
