Being connected to the web is a very common privilege that many technologies are incorporating. From the more common cell/smartphone to even refrigerators, web technology is found everywhere. 4D can make use of web technology by being able to run a REST Server providing REST services over the internet. This technical note will go over the basic steps to build a REST server from 4D and provide examples and additional methods to run one from any 4D database.
