When copying and pasting in a TAOW case update, it's styles will be maintained and can make things look odd. TAOW allows text to be pasted as plain text striping the styles by holding down the Shift key along with the standard paste shortcut:

Mac
Cmd + Shift + V

Windows
Ctrl + Shift + V

This is useful to use where the source text has odd sizes and and to help the resulting message maintain a consistent look. The toolbar can always be used manually modify and add styles.
