If your current database has PICT formatted images, always make sure to convert those PICT images to PNGs prior to a new database conversion. Otherwise, the newly converted database will show the image below for any unsupported images throughout forms and picture library.



To see whether the database has any PICTs, simply use MSC Verify and the log will find any lingering images still in PICT format. For more info on how to convert PICT to PNG, reference the tech tip below:
