With the normalized appearance settings of Light Mode and Dark Mode from Mac OS, many applications willl try to be consistent with the theme. 4Dv19 has a new setting for this new standard.

In the Database Settings under the Interface tab, a new option, "Appearance", has been added to the end of the General section as shown:


By default databases will have the setting set to "Inherited" however this can be specified to a specific style if desired.
