Tech Tip: Emptying trash before running MSC Verify
PRODUCT: 4D | VERSION: 19 | PLATFORM: Mac & Win
Published On: August 9, 2021

When running MSC Verify on the structure file, 4D will look through every aspect of the database including previously deleted forms or methods in the trash. This search can result in many false alarms which 4D will claim the app has failed verification. To prevent these false alarms and to pass verification, it is recommended to empty the Trash to make sure any warnings, anomalies, and errors only pertain to existing methods and forms.

I like to keep old forms and methods in the trash for possible reuse. It would be nice if MSC skipped checking the trash.
