The Internet Commands SMTP_Attachment allowed for adding an email attachment with an encoding option. When replacing the Internet Commands with New Transporter, the SMTP Transporter automatically encodes the attachments for you in Base64 so you will not need to worry about providing an encoding type when making the update.
