The View list can be useful layering tool whenever a form contains an abundance of objects. However, developers should be mindful that the Grouping tool can be be used to group objects when the following conditions below are true:

1. The selected objects to be grouped must be in the same View layer
2. The form's current view must be in the same View layer as the objects

For example, if one form object is in View 1 and another object is in View 2, the objects cannot be grouped. Similarly, if two form objects are in View 1 but the current view is in View 2, the objects will still not be grouped. Keep these conditions in mind when working with View layers and grouping.
