Tech Tip: VPN may block access to 4D Motor when logging in license manager

When trying to login a 4D account via the license manager while on a tightly secured VPN, there may be problems connecting to 4D Motor and the error message below may appear:



If this is the case, try logging out of the VPN and attempt to log in to the 4D account in the license manager. Logging out of the VPN will most often alleviate this error and license activation should work as expected.
