A recent advancement in 4D for Mobile allows developers to customize their mobile user experience with greater detail. With the introduction of the Open URL action, developers can now design their own views in HTML and display them via a mobile web area. This new feature, in combination with the variety of view templates already provided in 4D for Mobile, unlocks many more options for the developers, and ultimately provides for a richer user experience. This technical note will discuss how to create a simple iOS application that integrates a calendar view via the web area. The calendar component will be taken from a free third-party source called FullCalendar.
