As of 4D Write Pro v19R4, you can handle row breaks. To avoid confusion with paragraphs and table breaks, all breaks are now handled through dedicated constants and standard actions (see 4D Write Pro Attributes and Using 4D Write Pro standard actions). Previous generic constant (_o_wk page break inside) and standard action (avoidPageBreakInsideEnabled) are deprecated and are only supported for compatibility reasons.
