XPath is used to browse the elements and attributes of an XML document. It has been integrated in 4D since v11, but its implementation was not yet completed. Today, it has finally a stabilized implementation that can be very powerful. The following technical note will demonstrate, through XPath examples from W3C, how 4D developers could use it. Furthermore, this technical note will highlight the importance and power of this tool which is very often unexploited.
