When 4D Server is hosted on the default ports and clients are still unable to connect, make sure the ports listed below are opened in your router settings:

19812: SQL Server connection
19813: Application server connection
19814: DB4D server connection

Once all ports have been opened, any 4D Remote clients should be able to connect to 4D Server.
