When using the Quick Report editor, an error may be encountered that states the following: “"The preview is not possible. Please check your PDF driver or viewer”.



This error can occur when working on a Windows 10 machine and selecting the “Preview” option in the Quick report editor. It is possible that the machine does not have XPS Viewer installed. XPS Viewer will need to be manually installed first, before the preview option can be used in the Quick Report editor.
