When performing backup, an error may be encountered that states the following:

“Error during log file back up”.

This error usually occurs when there is a read error for files to be backed up (e.g. the .journal file). Check the read-write access privileges of the disk that contains the files. They may not be allowing 4D to read the files on the disk. If possible, resetting the backup file chain may also help.
