- Original database with steps to reproduce
- Small sample database with steps to reproduce
- Screen recording of the issue occurring
- Remote Desktop access and credentials to the environment with the issue

In cases where the issue may occur sporadically, it is recommended upload the log files suggested by the assigned technician.
