Like 4D commands, plugin commands also have an ID number. The ID number for the commands can be determined from the manifest.json file located at
{PluginName}.bundle/Contents/Resources/

Each command is listed as an object in a collection. The IDs of the commands are assigned in numerical order of the commands listed in the collection in numerically accending order.
