If you notice that the menu bar is not displaying, it is most likely due to a specific command being called somewhere within the On Startup method. Look for the command HIDE MENU BAR as the hidden menu bar will still persist when moving from between environments like from Application to Design mode and vice versa.

Likewise, if the menu bar needs to be displayed again, simply run the command SHOW MENU BAR when needing to access the menu bar again when in design mode.
