When using 4D's ODBC Driver to connect to connect to access external databases, make sure that there is no bit mismatch (i.e. using a 64-bit driver with a 32-bit application) between the ODBC driver, the ODBC administrator, and your server management application. The 64-bit ODBC administrator can be found at the following location:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\odbcad32.exe

Please note that the ODBC driver is only available on Windows platforms starting from v19.
