Tech Tip: How to manually a move window that is hidden behind toolbar

Usually, a window is moved manually by holding its top area and dragging it around. If the top of the window is hidden behind the toolbar, it can be quickly moved by dragging its bottom edge.
Hover the cursor anywhere over its bottom edge until the vertical resize arrow appears, then immediately click and drag the window. Note that the top of the window can also be forced to moved out from underneath the toolbar by resizing it vertically.
