When launching the web server at startup, a runtime error may be encountered that states:

Cannot create folder {drive letter}:\



When launching the web server programmatically:



This error can occur when the default HTML root path is set to an inaccessible location on the disk. For example, in the first screenshot of the error, the D drive cannot be accessed by 4D because the account password for that drive has expired. To resolve this issue, make sure that the location is accessible to 4D, or change the default HTML root path in web settings to a different location that is accessible.
