When attempting to connect a 4D remote client to a server, an error may be encountered that states the following:



Unable to reach the server through UDP: Verify that the UDP protocol is not blocked.

This can happen when the server is locked behind a virtual private network. Make sure that the client machine is connected to the appropriate VPN to access the server location.
