It is possible that some Windows devices using 4D applications fail to visualize mounted network drives when trying to access system documents using the command Open Document.

One possible solution is to add a new "EnableLinkedConnections" registry to your operating system, if not already existent.

For this purpose, you can open Windows Registry Editor and browse to the following path:

Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System

In the right-side panel, right-click on your mouse and select "New" -> "DWORD (32-bit) Value"

Name the new entry to "EnableLinkedConnections". Double-click on this new entry to modify the value and set it to 1.

Restart your computer.
