When registering the license, the following message is displayed:
“This Version Can Only Be Used by Partners or Maintenance Licenses” Error
This error occurs when the customer tries to use a feature release product (R version) while the software maintenance subscription is not active or has not been renewed.
A feature release products (R versions) are only accessible to partners or customers with an active maintenance contract.

Solution
- Use the corresponding LTS version (for example, 4D v20 LTS).
- If the customer needs to use an R version, they must renew their software maintenance subscription .
